Throughout these Terms, the following definitions apply:

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. cbe444 will never ask you to disclose your password via email, chat, or any other channel. You agree to:

• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• Notify cbe444 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your Account, whether authorised by you or not, unless you have notified cbe444 of unauthorised access in advance.

cbe444 implements SSL encryption across the entire Platform to protect data in transit. However, the security of your device and network connection remains your responsibility. cbe444 cannot be held liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.

cbe444 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players in Bangladesh:

• Provision of false or unverifiable identification or payment information.
• Engagement in any prohibited activity as defined in Section 8.
• Failure to complete identity or payment verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity.
• Request by a competent legal authority or law enforcement body.

Upon termination for breach of these Terms, cbe444 may withhold any balance in the Account pending investigation. Where termination is initiated by the Player (voluntary closure), any real-money balance remaining after satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to identity verification.
